I think having stereotypes causes all the inequality problems. The only thing that we have to understand is that maybe these ones are not true. We have not to judge a book by its cover. Maybe women and men are not the ones who are supposed to be in the frame of the stereotypes. Let’s characterize a person for what he/she is at all.The huge difference can be made only if each of us is ready to do so.
We have not to be peoples that has stereotypes because is wrong to talk about someone or something by seeing their appearance are the actions which made a person . We shouldn't say this person has that problem or another this one by their appearance . We all have to be aware about that.
